Delivery, Guarantees and Returns

Delivery

We only deliver to mainland UK at the prices set on our website.  Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or outside of mainland UK. 

Delivery charges can vary depending on postcode supply. All prices are clearly stated at checkout. As far as possible we will aim to deliver all goods on our own vehicles. Although we carry a limited amount of stock, most orders will only start production once we have payment in full. The production time can vary but we aim to deliver most products in 14 working days. As some of our products are too heavy for one person to offload on their own, we would require a suitable person to help at your chosen delivery destination. We only deliver to curbside and our driver's are not allowed to enter your property or help in any way to move products onto your property. It is important to inform us of any access restrictions at or leading to the property. We would require access for vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.

All of our vehicles have tracking facilities and you will be kept informed of the progress of your order delivery through email and telephone. 

Please note that where more than one item is expected, sometimes our drivers can deliver items separately so please allow a little extra time for additional items to arrive.

General Guarantee - Returns Policy

We hope that all our customers are satisfied with their products. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund (bespoke items are excluded from this unless they are damaged or faulty).

Returns postage will only be refunded if the item is damaged, faulty or if the wrong items have been sent. We do not accept responsibility for damaged or lost items on return. Please contact us if you wish to return an item.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund due should there be any damage to the product caused by you, that makes the product unsaleable. For example, if the product had any obvious signs of use.

Damaged Goods

We go to great lengths to protect our product with protective wrapping and packaging to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival please contact us with a picture of the damage as soon as possible so that we can raise this with our delivery department and resolve the matter as soon as possible. 

If you can see that an item has arrive 'damaged' upon delivery, please sign for the item as damaged on arrival. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt, so that we may arrange for collection or replacement of the damaged item. Failure to notify us of any damage within 7 days of delivery will mean we are unable to proceed with a claim and as such any replacements or refunds will be at our sole discretion.

Guarantees

All Corten products have a 5 year structural guarantee.

All Mild Steel products have a 5 year structural guarantee.

All Aluminium products carry a 10 year structural warranty. 

Certain coatings carry warranty up to 15 years - please see our product details page for details. 

The above guarantees exclude the following: 

Damage caused by poor installation

Damage caused by misuse

Damaged caused by weight overloading

Damage caused by extreme weather conditions.

Damage to paint that causes corrosion and failure of product.
